ATHLETES OF THE YEAR
SWIMMING & DIVING
SELECTION GUIDELINES
Member coaches of the Texas Girls Coaches Association
have the privilege
of nominating an outstanding athlete to be named as Swimming Athlete of the Year
and an outstanding athlete to be named as Diving Athlete of the Year.

All nomination forms must
be sent to TGCA by:

~faxing to TGCA at 512-708-1325
Nominees must fulfill the following requirements:
1. May be selected from any grade level from 9-12.
2. Be an outstanding athlete in her sport.
3. Demonstrate positive character traits (honesty, loyalty, leadership, cooperative
attitude).
One Athlete of the Year will be selected for swimming and one Athlete of the Year will
be selected for diving by the Executive Director and Executive Committee
